Refund & Return Terms

At BeHeroBook by JoyDigital Networks, our mission is to deliver beautifully crafted, personalized books that bring joy and connection to every customer – whether in the US or abroad. We believe in honesty, clarity, and doing the right thing.

 

1. Refunds for Personalized Products

Because each book we produce is uniquely tailored based on your choices and inputs (text, photos, names, etc.), these items are not eligible for return once printed – unless a production error has occurred on our end.

That said, we understand that things can go wrong. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what was previewed before purchase – we’ll make it right.

 

2.  Our Fair Resolution Promise

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, reach out within 30 days of delivery. Our team will review the situation in good faith and may offer one of the following:

  • 📦 A replacement copy at no cost (in case of printing/manufacturing issues)

  • 💳 A partial or full refund (depending on the issue and item type)

  • 💬 A store credit or alternative resolution

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Typos submitted by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind”)

  • Late delivery due to incorrect address or third-party postal delays

 

3. International Orders & Global Support

We ship globally and treat our customers equally, whether you’re in the US, Europe, Asia, or anywhere else. Refund eligibility applies to all regions, but delivery timelines and return logistics may vary.

In countries where return shipping is costly or impractical, we may skip the return and proceed with an alternative resolution.

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Raise an Issue

Simply contact our team at info@joydigital.co.il with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the book or packaging (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve most issues within 7–10 business days.

 

5. Time Windows for Complaints

We accept refund or replacement requests within:

  • 30 calendar days of delivery (proof of delivery may be requested)

  • Or, if no tracking is available, within 45 calendar days from order date

After these time frames, we may no longer be able to issue compensation.

 

6. 🛑 Fraud, Abuse & Fair Use

We reserve the right to deny refunds to accounts that show patterns of abuse (e.g., repeated false claims, chargebacks without contact, etc.). We protect both our customers and our creators.

 

7. 🔐 Secure Payment & Refunds

All payments and refunds are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers like Stripe or PayPal. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 5–14 business days to reflect in your account.
