The final product may include physical books, digital books, and other downloadable or printable content. The platform includes various components, such as input fields, design templates, AI-based generation logic, e-commerce functionality, and third-party integrations for payment, shipping, and fulfillment.

The Service is provided as-is and is subject to updates, enhancements, or discontinuation of features at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify the structure, interface, pricing, product categories, or features of the Service at any time, without prior notice.

Note: The platform is not intended for archiving, cloud storage, or commercial publishing unrelated to the intended purpose of gifting and entertainment. Any unauthorized use may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as transferring ownership of BeHeroBook’s intellectual property to any user.

3.2 User-Submitted Content

By submitting content to the Service—whether names, messages, photographs, or other inputs—you grant BeHeroBook a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and process such content solely for the purpose of:

All product prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are payable in full at the time of order. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or another authorized payment processor. You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the method selected.

BeHeroBook does not store credit card details directly on its servers. Third-party processors handle all sensitive payment data in compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS).

5.2 Non-Refundable Fees

Unless stated otherwise, all purchases made through the platform are final and non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the products. We begin production immediately upon order submission, and therefore cannot accept cancellations or modifications once the order is confirmed.

In rare cases where the product is damaged, misprinted, or defective due to our error, please contact our support team within 7 calendar days of receiving the item, along with a photo of the issue. We will, at our discretion, offer a reprint or refund.

No refunds will be provided for issues resulting from:

5.3 Taxes and Duties

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, are valid for one-time use per customer, and have no cash value. Abuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation of the order and restriction of future access to the Service.

6. Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery

6.1 Fulfillment Partners

All printed products are fulfilled through third-party manufacturers and logistics providers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as they depend on location, production volume, and courier performance.

6.2 Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. In rare cases, delivery may not be available to certain regions due to political, logistical, or legal restrictions. If your country is not supported, you will be notified during checkout.

6.3 Delivery Issues

Once an order has been handed to the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused in transit. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we encourage you to contact both the shipping provider and our support team. We will assist you as reasonably as possible, but cannot guarantee compensation for courier-related issues beyond our control.

7. Copyright Protection & DMCA Compliance

7.1 Respect for Intellectual Property

You agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
